January Residential Highlights Southwest Washington saw the new year in with an uptick in new listings! There were 860 new listings, a 13.6% increase over the 757 offered in January 2018 and over double the 394 offered just last month in December 2018. December Residential Highlights Southwest Washington ended the year with some cooling. Pending sales (483) fell 2.4% short of the 495 offers accepted in December 2017 and 14.4% short of the 564 offers accepted last month in November 2018.
